Analyse Team & Player Performance

To perform a match analysis tap on the 902 Team Analysis Button icon on the left side of the team name. If your want to analyze a single player select the player first an tap on the 903 Player Analysis Button icon.

The analysis view consists of 5 sections:

  1. Shot and Penalty statistics
  2. Goal and D-zone
  3. Situations and Positions
  4. Data graphs
  5. Matches selector
  6. Export


1. Shot and Penalty statistics
In this area you can see the number of shots at the goal and the success rate. In addition the penalties the player(s)/team has/have received.

2. Goal and D-zone

The colored ellipses show all events with shot locations in the goal and player locations in front of the D-zone.
  • ellipse size indicate the relative number of events (more events the bigger)
  • color of the ellipse indicate the success rate at or from this location.
By tapping at certain location you can filter the analysis view. To remove the filter tap the location again or select the ‘x’-icon.

The ellipse label can be switched to numeric, percentage and none.

3. Situations and Positions

The bars show the number of events for each situation and for each player position. You can filter the events by tapping on a situation or a position. To remove the filter tap on the item again or tap on the ‘x’-icon.

If you filter for a situation the events in the goal view will change accordingly and vice versa.

4. Data Graphs

If you analyze more than one player the graphs show:

  1. number of events per player,
  2. CoachScore per player,
  3. Play timer per player in the match.

If you analyze a single player for one match the graphs show:

  1. events over match time,
  2. CoachScore over match time
  3. play time in match

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

If you analyze a single player you can switch to the next or previous player by simply tapping 905 Prev Button or 906 Next Button .


5. Matches Selector

You can change the analysis target by tapping on the title of the analysis view. A matches selector appear. There you can specify:

  1. players,
  2. categories of matches,
  3. date range for matches.

Export Current Analysis

You can export the current visible analysis by tapping the 904 Export Button icon. You can export:

  • as PDF file
  • summary as CSV file
  • as CSV with all event data
